How to Post a Picture From the iPad Onto Facebook

You don't necessarily need a Windows PC or a Mac to post pictures onto your Facebook account. An iPad with Internet connectivity is enough, because iPads come with the Safari Web browser by default. Posting a picture from Safari is just like posting it from Mozilla Firefox on a Windows machine. The entire process takes less than a minute and you can add as many pictures as you like.

Step 1Launch the Safari Web browser on your iPad, navigate to Facebook and log in using your email and password.

Step 2Tap "Photos" in the left pane, under the Apps section.

Step 3Tap the "Upload Photos" button near the top of the page.

Step 4Tap the "Select Photos to Upload" button and a file browser opens.

Step 5Select the picture you want to upload using the file browser. The photo is uploaded to Facebook and displayed.

Step 6Tap the description box under the photo and type a short description of your photo.

Step 7Tap the "Post Photos" button at the bottom of the page to post the picture.
