Now Brazilian Woman Can Now Legally Masturbate At Work

This 36 year old accountant in Brazil began to have problem at work due to her anxiety that could only be relieved by masturbating. “I got so bad I would to masturbate up to 47 times a day. That’s when I asked for help, I knew it wasn’t normal,” Bezerra said.

Bezerra took her problem to court and received a ruling that she would be allowed to masturbate at work. She also received medication by a doctor to reduce her need to masturbate by up to 18%. Coincidentally, the ruling came down during National Masturbation Month. Oddly enough, Bezerra helped organize this yearly celebration in 1995.
Brazilian culture is a stark difference to American culture and it is unlikely that this type of ruling would pass in the States.
Bezerra may be a one off case in that her diagnosis is not found in any medical text books.
The questions has arisen as to where Bezerra would be allowed to masturbate. She is not going to be able to do it at her desk, and other employees have to be protected from witnessing it.
It is concerning that others may want this same right, but will other women pursue it? Do Brazilian women want breaks at work to masturbate.

The court ruled that she would be allowed to watch porn at work in order to help her “relieve” herself.
Bezerra works in a very conservative business, so her request makes it that much harder to go unnoticed. She is court ordered to receive 15 minutes breaks every 2 hours to do her thing.
While here in America we can only watch with envy as Brazilians get to have all the fun.
