Former Olympic Athlete Comes Out As ‘Woman’, Now Known As ‘Caitlyn Jenner’

“Bruce always had to tell a lie,” Jenner said in a video released by the magazine. “He was always living a lie. Every day, he always had a secret. From morning till night. Caitlyn doesn’t have any secrets.”
“As soon as the Vanity Fair cover comes out, I’m free.”
Jenner, 65, also debuted verified accounts on Twitter and Facebook. The Twitter account reached 1 million followers in 4 hours and 3 minutes, Twitter said — surpassing even President Barack Obama, who needed almost five hours to reach that milestone.

Jenner confirmed plans to make the transition to life as a woman in an ABC interview in April.
ESPN announced within hours that Jenner, the 1976 Olympic men’s decathlon gold medalist, will be presented the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPY awards in July. The award is given to “to individuals whose contributions transcend sports,” ESPN said.
