Lagos - Governors Babangida Aliyu of Niger State and the his
counterpart in Jigawa State, Sule Lamido have come under severe attacks
from the All Progressives Congress (APC), reports Punch.
The party slammed the governors for their comments on how the President-elect, Muhammau Buhari and the party should the run the country as from May 29.
The party said the two governors were not in a position to offer the incoming government any piece of advice.
The party in a statement by its National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed described the advice as ill-intentioned.
The party noted that the duo were part of those who tried to resist change during the March 28 and April 11 general elections.
The governors had, last week, told Buhari to stop making excuses, but be ready to fulfill his campaign promises to Nigerians.
