Senior Police Officer’s Wife Lands In Jail For Robbery

The wife of a senior police officer has been arrested by
policemen for conspiring with armed robbers.
The woman whose name was not disclosed was arrested by the
police at Meiran Division in Alimosho Local Government, Lagos
state.
The police officer's wife, who was said to have bought stolen
goods from armed robbers, was implicated by the robbery
suspects arrested by the residents of Ajasa-Command Estate,
Ipaja at the weekend and handed over to the police.
The woman, whose husband serves at Oduduwa Police Division
in Ikeja, Lagos, is now under arrest for conspiiracy and robbery
along with five other suspects in Lagos State.
A source at the station said the matter will be transferred to
SCID Panti or SARS at Ikeja for further investigation.
