HP Authorized Service Center at Khairatabad – Hyderabad

Though there are many HP service centers in Hyderabad, I always prefer going to HP Authorized Service Center for good customer support and value. Recently my HP DV6 was facing an over heat issue with dust inside the fan. I had to go through different websites to get an authorized HP service center at Hyderabad. Unfortunately many websites were displaying the Somajiguda authorized HP service center, which was shifted to Khairatabad Circle recently. Without finding much information about the place, I began to shuttle between Somajiguda, Khairatabad and Saifabad HP service centers to repair my laptop.

Finally I got the address from Just Dial, which provided the correct address of HP service center. This center is run by Maha Electronics Private limited, who are the authorized dealers of HP from past 16 years.  They have been providing support to all HP products more than a decade, and have recently moved from Dega Towers, Somajiguda (Panjagutta), Hyderabad to Khairatabad, Hyderabad. How much does HP Authorized Service Center Charge?

If any of your HP product has a repair or damage, the service center guys will first check with the product and make a quote. They will call you to let you know the additional quote (damaged parts or accessories) which they might charge you for fixing the HP product. If your product is fixed within this general service, you have to pay Rs 1405 for  general servicing. Sometime you have to pay Rs 1405 + additional charge for the damaged part.
Example:
General Servicing + New Keypad will be Rs. 1405 + Rs. 2000 (with a new part)
And if you ask them to return back your HP product without solving the issue, they will charge you Rs 300 for service charges. At this time, they wont fix your product, but will just check the problem and tell you how it can be fixed.
Standard Charges:

• General Servicing = Rs. 1405
• Service Charges = Rs. 300

I had a very good customer support from Khairatabad HP service center, and they have fixed my over heating problem within 2 days. Always remember to visit only authorized service centers for good service and support. You can contact the floor in-charge for additional support and help for solving your issue.
